Even your most devout of red med eaters will be able to embrace this deliciously hardy chicken recipe. A quick and easy dinner during the summer grilling season. The marinade is simple to throw together and makes the chicken tender and juicy. If your family loves Asian inspired dishes, they'll love this grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    peanut oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 4-6
    chicken breasts or tenders

How to Make Oriental Grilled Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Put all ingredients (including chicken) in a Ziploc bag or closed container. Pour marinade over the chicken. Marinate for several hours to marinate turning occasionally.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill on medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with slaw, salad or fruit salad. Enjoy!
