How To Make asian grilled chicken
Test Kitchen Tips
There is a lot of salt in this marinade due to the soy sauce. Low sodium soy sauce can easily be substituted.
-
Step 1Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
-
Step 2Put all ingredients (including chicken) in a Ziploc bag or closed container. Pour marinade over the chicken. Marinate for several hours to marinate turning occasionally.
-
Step 3Remove chicken from marinade. Grill on medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with slaw, salad or fruit salad. Enjoy!
