Ingredients For oriental grilled chicken
3/4 csoy sauce
1 tspdry mustard
1 1/2 tspginger
1 tspwhite pepper
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 cpeanut oil
1/2 tspsesame oil
4-6chicken breasts or tenders

Test Kitchen Tips
There is a lot of salt in this marinade due to the soy sauce. Low sodium soy sauce can easily be substituted.
1Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2Put all ingredients (including chicken) in a Ziploc bag or closed container. Pour marinade over the chicken. Marinate for several hours to marinate turning occasionally.
3Remove chicken from marinade. Grill on medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with slaw, salad or fruit salad. Enjoy!
