Ingredients

  • 2-3 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 large frozen stir-fry veggies
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

How To Make oriental chicken stir fry

  • Step 1
    Thaw veggies
  • Step 2
    cut Chicken breasts into bite size pieces, marinade in the soy sauce for about 20 mins
  • Step 3
    in a wok (or skillet)..add the oil, on med-high heat...stir in chicken and brown a couple mins on each side ( do not over cook)add in the veggies and cover 20 mins... serve over your favorite rice...I used Basmati
