  • 2-3
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 large
    frozen stir-fry veggies
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How to Make Oriental Chicken Stir Fry


  1. Thaw veggies
  2. cut Chicken breasts into bite size pieces, marinade in the soy sauce for about 20 mins
  3. in a wok (or skillet)..add the oil, on med-high heat...stir in chicken and brown a couple mins on each side ( do not over cook)add in the veggies and cover 20 mins... serve over your favorite rice...I used Basmati
