- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil

Step 1Thaw veggies

Step 2cut Chicken breasts into bite size pieces, marinade in the soy sauce for about 20 mins

Step 3in a wok (or skillet)..add the oil, on med-high heat...stir in chicken and brown a couple mins on each side ( do not over cook)add in the veggies and cover 20 mins... serve over your favorite rice...I used Basmati
