There's a restaurant in my neighborhood that serves a Oriental salad that's so good, I wanted to make one just like it. With this recipe I've come done close to duplicating it.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10 oz pkg organic mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 - 8-3/4 oz can or jar of baby corn, drained, halved crosswise
  • 2 - green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds.

How To Make oriental chicken salad

  • Step 1
    In lg bowl, combine salad greens, chicken, baby corn, green onions and radishes.
  • Step 2
    In bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, sesame oil and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Pour dressing over greens, toss gently to coat. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds.
