There's a restaurant in my neighborhood that serves a Oriental salad that's so good, I wanted to make one just like it. With this recipe I've come done close to duplicating it.

Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz pkg organic mixed salad greens
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 - 8-3/4 oz can or jar of baby corn, drained, halved crosswise
- 2 - green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds.
How To Make oriental chicken salad

Step 1In lg bowl, combine salad greens, chicken, baby corn, green onions and radishes.

Step 2In bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, sesame oil and pepper.

Step 3Pour dressing over greens, toss gently to coat. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds.
