I have substituted Splenda for the sugar and no one noticed the difference. Goes over well where ever I have taken it.

  • 1/2 cup c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 pkg
    seasoning mix from ramen noodles
  • 1 lb
    cole slaw mix
  • 1 - 2 lb
    cooked chicken breast - chopped
  • 2 pkg
    ramen noodles - crushed
  • ·
    chopped onion to taste
  • ·
    sweet & sour sauce to taste

How to Make Oriental Chicken Salad


  1. Mix first 4 items
  2. Pour over coleslaw , add chicken & mix well.
  3. Refrigerate. Can be eaten imediatly but is mucy better the next day after flavors marry.
