This recipe seems difficult and time consuming but there is 3 hours of refrigeration 1 to 1-1/2 to cook.
I make this for my husband nowadays, not usually made for company.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    soysauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 4
    green onions, thinly sliced, divided
  • 1/2 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    orange peel, grated
  • 2-3 tsp
    lemon peel, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
