This is pretty easy to make and very scrumptious. I've had similar recipes like this at restaurants, but I love this easy to make dish.

Ingredients
- 8 - shallots, peeled, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt & pepper
- 3-1/2 pounds cut up chicken pieces; legs, thighs, wings, breasts
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
How To Make ooh la-la chicken a l'orange

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Lightly spray a lg shallow roasting pan w/ olive oil cooking spray. Toss the shallots w/ 1 tbsp oil and 1/4 tsp each salt & pepper.

Step 2In lg bowl, whisk together marmalade, vinegar, rosemary, remaining oil, 1/4 tsp salt & pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat.

Step 3Place the chicken mix into pan, on top of the shallots. Bake about 30 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
