Suitable for most meats, I usually use chicken drums, halfed chicken breats, pork chops or lamb chops.

  • 200 g
  • 1
    medium kumara
  • 2
    medium potatoes
  • 8
    cherry tomatoes
  • pinch
    salt n pepper
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato relish

How to Make One dish roast


  1. Preheat oven 150-180c

    Slice zucchini into 1 inch thick rings.
    Quarter capsicum, remove seeds.
    peel n quarter onions.
    Peel spuds pumpkin, carrot n kumara, cut to 1-1.5 inch chunks.

    Cut chicken breasts or chops in half.
  2. Place all ingredients in large oven dish with 50-100mls oil, cook until meat n spuds cooked, rest will be well cooked by them.
  3. Optional extra add whole green beans in 15 mins.

    With pork may also add quarters or apple.
