Ingredients
- 8 - chicken drums or
- 2 - chicken breasts or
- 4 - pork or lamb chops
- 2 - ghettes/zucchini
- 1 - carrot
- 2 - medium onions
- 1 - capsicum
- 4 - button mushrooms
- 200 grams pumpkin
- 1 - medium kumara
- 2 - medium potatoes
- 8 - cherry tomatoes
- pinch salt n pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato relish
How To Make one dish roast

Step 1Preheat oven 150-180c Slice zucchini into 1 inch thick rings. Quarter capsicum, remove seeds. peel n quarter onions. Peel spuds pumpkin, carrot n kumara, cut to 1-1.5 inch chunks. Cut chicken breasts or chops in half.

Step 2Place all ingredients in large oven dish with 50-100mls oil, cook until meat n spuds cooked, rest will be well cooked by them.

Step 3Optional extra add whole green beans in 15 mins. With pork may also add quarters or apple.
