Ingredients
- 3 - uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups instant rice, like minute rice, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 tablespoon or 1 cube chicken bouillon, crumbled well
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cold butter, sliced into thin slices
How To Make one-dish chicken & rice casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Mix all ingredients, except butter, in a large bowl and mix.

Step 3Pour into prepared casserole dish and top with butter slices. Bake 1 hour, uncovered.
