Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    water
  • 3/4 c
    uncooked long grain rice
  • 1/4 tsp
    each paprika and black pepper
  • 1 1/4 lb
    skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

How to Make ONE DISH CHICKEN AND RICE

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir the soup, water, rice and seasonings in an 11x8x2 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional pepper and paprika.
  2. Cover dish and bake 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
  3. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
