Ingredients
- 4 cups torn boston lettuce
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese, or mexican-style cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 1-1/2 cup cooked, chopped chicken
- 2 - tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup pitted, sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 - 4 oz can green chiles, chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
How To Make ole chicken salad

Step 1Place torn lettuce in lg serving bowl. Layer w/ cheese, beans, chicken. tomatoes, carrots and olives.

Step 2Spread mayonnaise, chiles, chili powder and garlic over lettuce mix. Stir gently to coat.

Step 3Cover salad and refrigerate for 4 hrs. Sprinkle w/ tortilla chips and serve.
