Ingredients
- 1- 1 1/2 pounds frozen grilled chicken (thawed)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3-4 - fresh radishes
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 ounces pistachios or slice almonds
- 2 - crisp apples
- 1/2 medium red onion (finely diced)
- 1 cup craisins
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make not your mother's chicken salad

Step 1Mix the dressing ingredients thoroughly and set aside.

Step 2prepare the salad ingredients (chopping and dicing), do apples last. Toss gently in dressing, making sure to cover all the fruits and vegetable completely.

Step 3I like to serve these in a croissant or in a romaine leaf, either way it is fabulous!
