Ingredients
- 7-8 - chicken drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon goya adobo sauce w/ saffron (or any chill sauce - tabasco etc)
- 2 - bouillon/stock cubes (chicken or vegetable)
How To Make nigerian baked spicy chicken drumsticks

Step 1In a bowl, mix all the seasonings and work into the chicken pieces. Cover and put into fridge for 15-30 minutes or longer if possible.

Step 2Preheat oven to 325F (160c)

Step 3Spray baking dish with cooking oil. Arrange pieces, spaced apart.

Step 4Bake for 45mins-1 hour. Turning 3-4 times.

Step 5Serve with steamed vegetables or any side dishes you like.
