new west chicken salad
(1 RATING)
This is a recipe that my sister shared with me several years ago. Not sure where she got it but it is one of my favorites. The ground ginger is optional but I think that it makes this chicken salad. I sometimes add toasted pecans instead of the walnuts. It is great to eat with a croissant or by itself. I like it cold but my husband likes it when it is still warm. Enjoy!
