my "general tso" orange chicken
(3 RATINGS)
This is one of the recipes I created a few years ago when I was on a "no salt, flour, dairy, oil, sugar diet". It was hard to cook things with any flavor using those parameters, but this was one of the dishes that delivered on big flavor. I have served it to company many times and it always gets rave reviews and requests for the recipe. I hope you will try it, as it is healthy AND delicious! I like to serve it over steamed rice with a side of broccoli, green beans, or asparagus. Enjoy!
