Ingredients

  • 6 c
    cooked chicken ( de-boned)
  • 2 large can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1
    onion ( chopped)
  • 3
    stalks celery
  • 5
    carrots ( peeled & sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1
    large bag of noodles
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make My Chicken Noodle Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large dutch oven, pour chicken broth, add Chopped onion, celery & carrots. Bring to boil. Turn heat down to medium, stirring occasionally , until veggies are tender.
  2. Add cooked chicken ( de-boned)and parsley.
    Cooke noodles in a seperate pot.
  3. when the soup is ready to serve, I just put the noodles in the bowl, then add the soup. Salt & pepper to taste. I have noticed when I added the noodles to the soup, over time they become mushy.
