baking is healthier than frying and the flavor is wonderful and for those who dont care for mustard you cant taste it

1 stick
butter, melted
1 Tbsp
rice vinegar
6 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1 pkg
whole chicken cut up
season to taste


1in small sauce pan melt butter add rice vinegar and mustard i just add 6 nice squirts out of the bottle add salt and pepper mix thoroughly and set aside
2i use a whole chicken cut up in 8 wash and pat dry season to your liking on large cookie sheet place chicken and spread mustard mixture on each piece with bbq brush or paint brush
3preheat oven to 425 dergees and place chicken in for 30 min reduce temp to 350 degrees and bake an additional hour and 30 min or until chicken is fully cooked
