Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paparika
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 6 - boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 OZ packages mushrooms...sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic...chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How To Make mushroom chicken piccata

Step 1In a shallow dish min together flour salt and paparika. In a seperate bowl mix egg with milk. Cut chicken in to thick cutlets n dip in milk mixture n then into seasoned flour.

Step 2In large skillet heat butter over med/high heat n saute chicken pieces on both side until golden brown. Add mushrooms , onions n garlic saute for 3 min. then add capers.

Step 3Combine in bowl chicken broth, wine, lemon juice n cornstarch. Mix together n pour over chicken n mushrooms. Reduce heat to med n cook for 20 minutes. Serve over rice (if desired) n sprinkle with parsley n ENJOY!
