There a lot of ways to make this.But I got this from my DAD.
So I tend to stick with it.
Ingredients

2 mediumgrilled rabbits
-
1 largechicken,grilled or smoked

1 lbeach ground dear meat,ground chuck,cooked
-
1 lbeach zesty italian,and pork sauges.grilled in caseing.

5 clovegarlic,roasted.

1 lbnew potatoes ,cut in4th
-
1 largered onion,diced
-
3carrots, sliced
-
5celery ribs,cut up
-
2 can(s)tomatoes, and green chillies
-
1 tspeach tyme,oregeno,rosemary,parsly

2 can(s)beef broth
-
1 can(s)chicken broth, low salt
-
1 can(s)vegetable broth
-
3 bottledark beer
-
8-12ozmushrooms your choice
-
1/2 tspeach allspice,cummen,

8 slicebacon, uncooked

2 cred wine
How to Make Mullagian stew,also knowen as hobo stew.
- You will need 1) 10"cast iron skillet. 2)14" deep cast iron dutch oven.
In the skillet cook bacon till chrisp. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon dry on a paper towl to drain.and crumple - in the skillet add diced onions,celery,mushrooms,and carrots. saute till tender.remove and set aside.
- In your dutch oven add cut up potatos,then rabbit,then italian saugage,cutup chicken ,then sauges (pork).Add Salt and pepper.add all other ingerdients. Set on med-high heat. bring to aboil. Mix well. set lid on pot. move to med low heat. let simmer for 3-4 hours. Check to reseason. let simmer 35 min more. serve over pasta or rice.
