I love pecans, so I was wondering how chicken rolled in pecans would taste..they taste moist and fabulous!

Ingredients
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup ground or coarsely chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 8 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
How To Make moist pecan chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg rimmed baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg shallow dish or bowl, combine buttermilk and egg. In another shallow dish, combine 1 cup pecans, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.

Step 2Place flour in another shallow dish. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in buttermilk mix, then roll in pecans to coat evenly.

Step 3Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle w/ melted butter. Sprinkle w/ remaining ecans. Bake, uncovered about 20 mins, or until juices run clear.
