Ingredients
- 2 - bonw-in, skin on, chicken breast halves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice-wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallion as a garnish
How To Make moist, hoisin chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Line rimmed baking sheet w/ foil, spray the foil w/ cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken w/ the salt.

Step 2In lg skillet, over med-high heat,heat oil until hot. Cook chicken until browned, turning once. About 6 mins. Place chicken, skin-side up, on baking sheet, bake 10 mins.

Step 3In bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, vinegar, saoy sauce and ginger. Reserve 1/2 of sauce. Brush chicken w/ sauce and cook another 10 mins, or until juices run clear. Spoon reserved sauce over chicken. Sprinkle w/ scallions.
