wasnt to fond of artichoke until I tried this, got the recipe from Eating Thin for Life I normally double this so I can use the whole pack of soup mix

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 14 ounces tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
  • 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix, about half an envalope
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, canned
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make middle east chicken

  • Step 1
    cut chicken into pieces, spray large fry pan with cooking spray, add chicken and saute over medium-high heat till brown
  • Step 2
    stir in tomatoes, broth, soup mix and tomato paste. bring to a biol, reduce to low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes
  • Step 3
    add rest of ingredients and simmer for another 5 minutes
  • Step 4
    nutrition count: calories 238, fat 6 g, protein 32 g, carbs 15 g
