Mexican Chicken Lasagna

5-6chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and shredded
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 mediumonion, diced
1 largegreen pepper, diced
1 smallcan green chilis
1 tspeach of cumin, cilantro, garlic powder, chili powder,flake red pepper
1 pinchsalt and pepper
6-8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
6-8 ozmonterey jack cheese, shredded
6-8 largeflour tortillas
How to Make Mexican Chicken Lasagna
- Preheat oven 350
Spray lasagna pan with nonstick
- Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl then add all herbs and spices, mix well.
- Put a very thin layer of salsa on bottom of lasagna pan, then layer 2 flour tortillas over complete bottom of pan, layer about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture and cheeses then salsa again, keep repeating and end the last layer with cheese layer.
- Cover pan with foil and bake 30 minutes, remove foil and bake another 30 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
