Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 large chicken breast,thinly sliced
- - juice of 1/2 lemon plus 4 slices
- 1/3 cup pitted sliced kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup pitted green olives
- 3 teaspoons fresh chopped italian parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons butter
- - fresh pepper to taste
- 2 large sliced cloves of garlic
How To Make meditterean chicken

Step 1Combine flour & cayenne pepper and dredge chicken

Step 2Heat olive oil on medium heat & place dredged chicken in hot skillet & cook until golden brown , about 3 min.

Step 3Turn chicken over & add lemon juice, slices of lemon, garlic, olives, 1 1/2 TBS. parsley & salt & pepper

Step 4Cook for 8-10 min., stirring occasionally so garlic won't burn

Step 5Add butter to pan, shaking to combine the sauce

Step 6Place chicken on a serving dish, pour olive mixture over the top

Step 7Garnish with remaining parsley
