Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast strips
- 1 jar polanar apricot allfruit
- 1 tablespoon butter or margerine
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger ( to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 cups cooked brown rice hot - i use minute brown
- 4 - large strawberries sliced up to the hull
- 1 - banana sliced
- 2 - kiwi sliced
- 2 - star fruit sliced
How To Make mary's special chicken

Step 1sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper and cook in heavy skillet with melted butter until done and remove from skillet and keep warm

Step 2put the rest of ingredients (down to the rice) into the drippings - stirring to blend flavors and heat for about 3 minutes.

Step 3put on pretty plates and serve
