Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz container plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese w/ sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-pieces
  • 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2"-pieces

How To Make marinated greek chicken kebabs

  • Step 1
    In a lg shallow baking dish, mix together yogurt, feta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano and salt. Place chicken pieces in mix.
  • Step 2
    Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs, turning occasionally. Oil grill grates. Heat grill to high. Thread chicken, onion and green bell pepper onto skewers. Discard marinade.
  • Step 3
    Grill skewers until chicken is no longer pink.
