Marinated greek chicken kebabs
Ingredients

18 oz container plain, low-fat yogurt

1/3 ccrumbled feta cheese w/ sun-dried tomatoes

1/2 tsplemon zest

2 Tbsplemon juice

2 tspdried oregano
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-pieces
-
1 largered onion, cut into wedges
-
1 largegreen bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2"-pieces
How to Make Marinated greek chicken kebabs
- In a lg shallow baking dish, mix together yogurt, feta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano and salt. Place chicken pieces in mix.
- Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs, turning occasionally. Oil grill grates. Heat grill to high. Thread chicken, onion and green bell pepper onto skewers. Discard marinade.
- Grill skewers until chicken is no longer pink.
