Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz container plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese w/ sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-pieces
- 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2"-pieces

Step 1In a lg shallow baking dish, mix together yogurt, feta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano and salt. Place chicken pieces in mix.

Step 2Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs, turning occasionally. Oil grill grates. Heat grill to high. Thread chicken, onion and green bell pepper onto skewers. Discard marinade.

Step 3Grill skewers until chicken is no longer pink.
