This recipe was my sister Joann's. She used it on her Chicken and then would B.B.Q. it. My sister was a really good southern cook from Little Rock Ark.

Ingredients For marinade mix for chicken

  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1/2
    onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    accent ( spice )
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    vinigar
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice

How To Make marinade mix for chicken

    Mix all ingredents together, pour over a cut-up chicken and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

    Chicken can now be B.B.Q. or fryed on the stove.
