This recipe was my sister Joann's. She used it on her Chicken and then would B.B.Q. it. My sister was a really good southern cook from Little Rock Ark.

Ingredients
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 - onion chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon accent ( spice )
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup vinigar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
How To Make marinade mix for chicken

Step 1Mix all ingredents together, pour over a cut-up chicken and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Step 2Chicken can now be B.B.Q. or fryed on the stove.
