Ingredients

  • 1 large
    mango, finely chopped
  • 1 medium
    sweet red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium
    jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Mango Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to mix and coat. Serve with grilled fish, chicken, or even the kids love this with tortilla chips :)
  2. Omit the Jalapeno if you prefer a mild salsa
