Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons organic honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 - sliced green onions
How To Make low-cal slow-cooker honey-mustard chicken

Step 1Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ olive oil cooking spray. Place chicken in bottom of cooker.

Step 2In lg bowl, mix all other ingredients along w/ 1/2 cup water. Leave green onions for garnish.

Step 3Cover, cook on low for 7 hrs, stirring occasionally. Garnish w/ green onions.
