boneless, skinless chicken cutlets, cut into chunks

knorr roasted chicken gravy mix
1-2 Tbsp
lime juice
1/4 tsp
ginger, minced

green onions, sliced
1/4 c
shredded coconut, toasted
2 Tbsp
almonds, sliced and toasted
cilanatro, fresh, chopped - optional
How To Make lime coconut chicken

Heat oil in a large skillet and cook chicken over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until thoroughly cooked. About 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add onion and cook one minute. Stir in water, soup mix, lime juice, ginger. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

Stir in chicken and green onions. Sprinkle coconut and almonds over chicken. Serve over rice if desired.
