How to Make Lightened-Up Stroganoff
- 1Brown chicken or turkey, onion & garlic in a large, nonstick pan. Drain well.
- 2In same pan, saute mushrooms until golden brown, 2-3 minutes.
- 3Return meat mixture to pan. Add worcestershire sauce and chicken broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- 4Remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
