Face it we all need to watch our weight from time to time. This is an excellent version of the traditional fattening Chicken Cordon Bleu. It is really delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 - garlic clove crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/3 cup fat free chicken broth
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons pamigiano-reggiano cheese( parmesan chees)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 - boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 - thin slices of prosciutto ham
- 1/3-1/2 cup reduced fat part skim mozzarella cheese
- - cooking spray
How To Make healthier chicken cordon bleu

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degree's Put broth in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.Stir in butter and garlic set aside

Step 2Combine bread crumbs,Parm cheese,and paprika in medium bowl,and set aside.

Step 3place a chicken breast 1 at a time in a gallon size ziploc bag or between to sheets of plastic wrap and pound with mallet un 1/4 inch thick.

Step 4Sprinkle all sides of chicken with salt,pepper,and oregano.Top each breast with the Prosciutto ham,and a 1/4 of the Mozzarella cheese.Roll up chicken pieces like a jelly roll.

Step 5Dip the rolled up chicken in the broth mixture.Dredge in bread crumb mixture. Pour remaining broth over chicken. bake for 30 minutes,or until done
