- 1/4 cup egg beater
- 1/2 cup toasted whole wheat bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons sauted & chopped onions
- 2 dashes garlic pepper salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound ground chicken
How To Make light and easy meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Stir to get all ingredients well mixed. Form 1" balls and place on a sprayed medium cooking sheet, or cover with foil for easy clean-up. Bake 10min. turn all balls over..cook another 10 min.. hey are ready for dipping in your favorites sauces or eat plain with your salad. Great substitute for beef, when you are modifying your eating habits.
