I learned this trick from my dad. Cooking a chicken sitting atop a bundt pan looks funny but cooks up moist, especially w/ the lemon and the herb rub.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - sprigs of rosemary
- 1 - 4 lb whole chicken, washed, patted dry.
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 large lemons, quartered
How To Make lemony, herb-rubbed bundt pan chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Place a bundt pan on a rimmed baking sheet. In small bowl, whisk together oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika. salt, pepper and rosemary.

Step 2Slide tail end of chicken over tube of bundt pan. Pour broth into bottom of bundt pan. Squeeze each lemon into broth. Place lemons around chicken. Bake 1 hr or until juices run clear.
