Lemony, herb-rubbed bundt pan chicken
4 lb whole chicken, washed, patted dry.
1Heat oven to 350. Place a bundt pan on a rimmed baking sheet. In small bowl, whisk together oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika. salt, pepper and rosemary.
2Slide tail end of chicken over tube of bundt pan. Pour broth into bottom of bundt pan. Squeeze each lemon into broth. Place lemons around chicken. Bake 1 hr or until juices run clear.
