Ingredients
- 3 sprigs fresh tyme leaves or stems
- 2 medium fresh lemons cut in slices
- 2 cloves fresh garlic cloves chopped
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
How To Make lemon thyme grilled chicken

Step 1With a sharp knife cut the chicken breast in half and put between wax paper and pound out thin (I use a rolling pin)

Step 2In a gallon size zip lock bag add the garlic and layer the chicken as follows chicken,garlic,lemon slices and the fresh tyme;layer till all the chicken is in the bag.Drizzle the olive oil on top and let marinate at least 1 hour.

Step 3In a hot grill pan spray with cooking spray and cook the chicken until done and brown.Can be cooked on a outside grill as well.
