Ingredients
- 2 large bone in chicken breasts
- 2 pounds frozen cut green beans
- 3 large red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
How To Make lemon pepper chicken and veggies

Step 1Preheat over to 375 degrees.

Step 2Coat chicken breasts on all sides with lemon pepper. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 3Pour frozen cut green beans around chicken breasts.

Step 4Sprinkle veggies with celery salt and more lemon pepper is desired.

Step 5Cover with foil and bake for about an hour, until chicken is cooked through.

Step 6I served this with buttered vermicelli. When plating we put green beans and potatoes on top of vermicelli along with some of the juices from the chicken.
