  • 6
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes

How to Make Lemon Garlic Chicken Breasts


  1. Place chicken in shallow roasting pan.
    Stir together all other ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
  2. Add sliced Lemons if desired. Cover dish with foil or lid and bake at 325 F for 40 minutes or until fork tender and juices run clear.
  3. If chicken needs some color remove lid and place under broiler until golden. This should only take a minute or two. Enjoy!
