LC/LF Thai Basil Lime Chicken Salad-Annette's

Annette W.

We've made a change in our household and we're eating only lean proteins along with low carb, low fat and limited calories. This is a recipe I came up with that is really tasty and doesn't make you miss all that heavy mayo you usually get when eating chicken salad. It's clean and fresh tasting. If you're looking for something healthier but aren't wanting to miss out on flavor, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed. Regular basil works just as well too!
