This recipe is simple as can be, but it can be tweaked in a number of ways. To make it more authentic, add half a cup or so of slivered almonds or cashew halves or pieces. Another yummy way to serve this dish is spooned over some fragrant Basmati rice.

How To Make lazy cook's chicken korma
In a deep skillet, heat cooking oil. Add cubed chicken. Saute for about 5 minutes or until chicken starts to brown.
Pour cooking sauce over the chicken and bring to a boil. Simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook rice in a separate saucepan according to instructions on package. For long-grained rice, simmer covered in boiling water for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
Serve the chicken and sauce over rice and enjoy!
