lazy cook's chicken korma
This recipe is simple as can be, but it can be tweaked in a number of ways. To make it more authentic, add half a cup or so of slivered almonds or cashew halves or pieces. Another yummy way to serve this dish is spooned over some fragrant Basmati rice.

Ingredients
- 1 or 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 2 cups cubed chicken
- 1 jar patak's original cooking sauce
- 4 cups white or brown rice or basmati rice, cooked
- ½ to 1 cups slivered almonds or cashew pieces or halves (optional)
How To Make lazy cook's chicken korma

Step 1In a deep skillet, heat cooking oil. Add cubed chicken. Saute for about 5 minutes or until chicken starts to brown.

Step 2Pour cooking sauce over the chicken and bring to a boil. Simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Cook rice in a separate saucepan according to instructions on package. For long-grained rice, simmer covered in boiling water for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.

Step 4Serve the chicken and sauce over rice and enjoy!
