We went to this mexican restaurant and they give you chips and salsa. I bring the chips home and made this the next day. I wanted to make it again so i decide to use Lays ranch chip instead. Its all up to you change the chips or use cornflakes. It comes out great either way.

Ingredients

3/4 cup lays ranch chip
3/4 cup grated parmesan
1 package ranch style dressing mix
8 - boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup butter,melted

How To Make lays ranch breaded chicken

Step 1

In a shallow pan, combine the chips, parmesan cheese , and mix. Dip chicken butter the roll in the mixture to coat completely.

Step 2

Place in greased 13-in. x 9-in. pan baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degree for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
