layered chicken
I found this in a Church Cookbook. I havn't tried it yet but it sounds very simple and delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken thighs, skinless and boneless,cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cans mushroom pieces or 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 package onion soup mix
- 1 can chow mein noodles [5 ounces]
How To Make layered chicken

Step 1Cut chicken meat into large pieces. Place in bottom of greased 2--quart baking dish. Pour mushroom soup over chicken. Add layer of rice and layer of mushrooms. Pour sour cream over all and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
