chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil (15 oz.)

zucchini

green pepper
salt & pepper to taste
vegetable spiral pasta (prepared according to package directions)
1/4 c
black olives chopped
1/4 c
parmesan cheese, grated
2 - 3 dash(es)
oregano

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in large pan over medium-high heat until white
  • 2Dice zucchini, chop onions and cut peppers into chunks while chicken is cooking
  • 3Add tomatoes and all fresh vegetables to cooked chicken and cook until vegetables are slightly tender. Do not over cook
  • 4Season with salt and pepper
  • 5Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, and sliced black olives according to taste
