Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil (15 oz.)
- 2 - zucchini
- 1 - green pepper
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - vegetable spiral pasta (prepared according to package directions)
- 1/4 cup black olives chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 - 3 dashes oregano

Step 1Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in large pan over medium-high heat until white

Step 2Dice zucchini, chop onions and cut peppers into chunks while chicken is cooking

Step 3Add tomatoes and all fresh vegetables to cooked chicken and cook until vegetables are slightly tender. Do not over cook

Step 4Season with salt and pepper

Step 5Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, and sliced black olives according to taste
