Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon powder garlic
- 2 teaspoons of powder chicken boullion
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves fresh chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh or dried oregano
- 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
How To Make kicking licking chicken

Step 1Place chicken pieces in oblong glass casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, powder garlic, chicken bullion, red pepper flakes,chopped oregano. Pour balsamic vinegar on the sides and a little on top, careful not to wash away spices. Cover with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes . Remove foil and broil for 15 min.leaving door ajar during broiling time. Let cool for 5 minutes and pour the juices on top. Enjoy with brown rice vegetable or a salad of your choice. 4 servings.
