keto fried chicken strips
We like to eat keto, but we were missing chicken strips. I made these, and we were hooked! You get the crunch of a real fried chicken strip and they are so delicious!

Ingredients
- 12 boneless skinless chicken strips
- 2 cups crushed pork rinds (original flavor)
- 1 large egg beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups olive oil
How To Make keto fried chicken strips

Step 1Salt and pepper chicken strips.

Step 2In a medium bowl mic pork rinds, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 3Dip each chicken strip in egg and then in the pork rinds coating the entire strip.

Step 4In a medium deep frying pan, heat olive oil. When the oil is ready, carefully drop each strip. (Don't over crowd the pan, or your chicken strips won't be crispy.) Fry for about 3 minutes on each side. If your oil starts getting too hot, you can adjust your heat. You can lay them on paper towels or a cookie rack to keep crispy. Enjoy!
