  • 2 pounds chicken tenders (approx. 12)
  • 2 cups pork rind crumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

How To Make keto chicken tenders

  • Patting dry the chicken tenders.
    Step 1
    Rinse and pat the chicken tenders dry. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
