kellie's chicken burgers
I make these alot around our house.. they are healthy with or without a bun ...have great flavor and its my husbands favorite ..hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 cups bread crumbs, dry
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make kellie's chicken burgers

Step 1mix all ingredients together if to wet just add more bread crumbs.

Step 2Form into small patties. I make six but they are big they will swell up and not shrink.

Step 3heat a non stick skillet to cook the burgers.

Step 4My method is different but works well. I place 2 patties in the pan. pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of water in pan and cover to steam them.3 to 5 min. flip and do same thing. til cooked thru.

Step 5Enjoy with your favorite condiments.
