Ingredients

  • 2 large
    chicken breast halves (chopped)
  • 1 medium
    onion (chopped)
  • 1 medium
    green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 large
    zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp
    evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 pinch
    s/p salt & cracked pepper

How to Make Just The Beginning Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Put EVOO in hot pan add S/P onion (sweat)till clear
    add S/P chicken-Brown then add S/P zucchini
    Add green peppers in the last 5 minute.
  2. Because your adding S/P thought out do not over do it.
  3. Can be served over rice or add four cheese sauce (comes in a jar) to go over noodles.
    You can also serve over a bed of fresh spinach.
