Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breast halves (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 medium green pepper (chopped)
- 1 large zucchini (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 pinch s/p salt & cracked pepper
How To Make just the beginning chicken

Step 1Put EVOO in hot pan add S/P onion (sweat)till clear add S/P chicken-Brown then add S/P zucchini Add green peppers in the last 5 minute.

Step 2Because your adding S/P thought out do not over do it.

Step 3Can be served over rice or add four cheese sauce (comes in a jar) to go over noodles. You can also serve over a bed of fresh spinach.
