- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lower-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
How To Make juicy maple-glazed chicken breasts

Step 1In a shallow bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and pepper. Add chicken to bowl, turn to coat. Cover, refrigerate 2 hrs, turning once.

Step 2Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Take chicken out of marinade and place on baking sheet. Bake 15mins. Meanwhile, pour marinade into small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook until reduced by 1/2. Baste chicken w/ sauce last 5 mins of cook time.
