4 - cornish game hens
1/2 cup butter, cold
2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
1 tablespoon rosemary or italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic-pressed

How To Make juicy cornish game hens

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Step 2

Rinse & pat dry hens Rub Butter over hens Combind other ingredients and use to base hens
Step 3

Using a Roasting pan, Bake at 350 for 1 Hour and 40 min., basting with lemon juice mixture every 10 min. If serving with rice, Spoon remaing lemon mixture over rice.
