Joyce's White Chicken Chili
2 lbdry great northern beans
1 Tbspgarlic powder
3 Tbspolive oil
3 ccooked chicken
4 Tbspsouthwest seasoning mix
2 bottlesalsa verde (16 oz each)
How to Make Joyce's White Chicken Chili
- Soak beans overnight, cook for 2 hours, or until soft.
- Finely dice pepper, onion and chicken. Combine pepper, onion, chicken, seasoning mix, olive oil, garlic powder and salt in glass baking dish and microwave for 4 minutes. Stir, microcook for 4-6 minutes more.
- Add microwaved mixture to drained, cooked beans, add Salsa Verde, cook through.
